Instructions

1. Brew the Espresso: Prepare two shots of fresh, hot espresso directly into your shaker or a small cup.
2. Combine: Add the simple syrup to the hot espresso and stir briefly to dissolve. Then, fill the cocktail shaker about two-thirds full with ice.
3. Shake Vigorously: Secure the lid tightly and shake hard for 15-20 seconds. The shaker should become very cold and frosty. This is key to creating the signature foam.
4. Strain and Serve: Immediately strain the chilled coffee into your pre-chilled glass, leaving the ice behind in the shaker. Serve and enjoy the rich, foamy texture.
